"I believed that Dr. Hung is one of good Vietnamese doctors. However I will take time to reconsider his management & staffs because I had the bad experience with the service supplied by Dr.Hung’s medical practice yesterday. I’ve been shocked until now. Namely, I paid for the service fee ($75) asked by his clerk before I saw him. I was fine with it. I paid & received the receipt/tax. After seeing the doctor, I just stepped out his room, I was required to pay extra $55 by his wife because of over standard consultation. Total payment was $130.00 I had to paid. I asked his wife, how did you measure standard or long consultation? She said that standard was 10 minutes. “I thought that his took my information + asked my symptom = 5 minutes, how could he give quality consultation in remaining time. Of course, I would be asked for the long consultation.” “What? The clerk didn’t let me know about that while she asked my payment at first. I also saw the announcement which didn’t show how long for the standard or long consultation, it was decided by saying. Why did not Dr.Hung say to me how long I spent?” I didn’t go home soon,I was waiting for his explanation. Surprisingly, his standard consultation is around 6-12 minutes said by him & the business process (pay & then ask pay again) was offered for advantage & management. Finally, the new invoice was issued, I need to pay. Interestingly, at the stage of extra payment, I didn’t have enough cash (left $25), I asked to pay card (saving), the clerk said I would be incurred $5 AUD for the machine fee. I told her that “credit card I will except to pay 1-2% on total, saving account I won’t, the bank regulation’s changed”. She said “sorry, that is designed by managers, you can withdraw money & come back to pay”. “What? (Again), What is the customer services in there? Ask for extra payment without notification for long consultation & ask for extra payment for the machine fee. Conclusion: I don’t have many words to explain my bad feelings at the moment with the medical practice. Of course, I won’t be back anymore. Lack of the patience like me doesn’t affect to the medical practice,....but I don’t like the service in there. I will take it as the experience in my life. Hopefully, if someone doesn’t want to show their services or business processes, or you have doubts, you have to ask, don’t easily believe like me, it’s so painful. Trust but verify."
