"It's hard to know what offended me more at this practice. The incompetence of Mark Lipzker or the rudeness of Julie the receptionist. If you are suffering with lung disease this is not the medical centre for you. That fact that he treated me with steroids for an extended period in my opinion exposed me to even greater health issues."
