"Im not a patient but Edward Tsui was very rude when I drove in the drive way accidentally and wanted to reverse. Very rude. Not a nice person"
"After seeing Edward Tsui today I have been left very shaken up. This appointment was to help me get assistance for my mental health through the NDIS, which I needed him to fill out a form. I am eligible with my diagnoses, however he didn’t think so. This obviously frustrated me and he then yelled at me, using the F word and punched his desk. I asked him to apologise and he refused. This is outrageously unhinged behaviour, especially from a medical ‘professional.’ This kind of aggression toward a patient is not okay. I have taken this to the National Health Practitioner Ombudsman."

"I went to a previous clinic where I had a shocking experience and was made to feel very belittled then I came to The Clinic Bulleen. Dr Jane Foster I highly recommend as well as the Clinic itself. Very professional, really listen, understanding and very empathetic. I've moved over an hour away but I continue to make that trip back to The Clinic Bulleen as I don't want to go anywhere else!"
"I have records at this practice for over 22 years out of my almost 27 year life, even though I moved from the area I would still spend an hour on public transport just to come and see the drs who knew me, my family and take the time to listen to my needs. 3 generations of my family have been coming here, I cannot fault any of the three drs at the practice, although Dr Tsui is my main dr. He is fantastic, takes time for me and listens to me and was able to finally diagnose me after 10 years of being misdiagnosed. I will always recommend seeing any of the drs at this practice."
