"My experience by Dr Sarah was horrible like the reviews I read here about her. I had a whole body mole check and barely a second for every mole, even abnormal ones. She did a biopsy on my face, assuring me that my skin will heal over and return to normal. It has been a year later and I have a large pink indentation on my forehead. Looks terrible in photos even when I try to cover with make up. My doctor looked at this and said she did a terrible job and shouldn't look this way, and referred me to a plastic surgeon! Will SunDoctors financially compensate for Dr Sarah's error?"
"Expensive, unnecessary procedure and not good result. Skin check seemed ok. 4 spots needed shave biopsy and 3 of them became infected. 3 of the 4 were diagnosed as superficial SCCs. One of the SCCs (which was small) was cut out at another visit there. It too became infected and I have been left with a horrendous big scar still after 12 months. On visiting my normal GP I was advised that as they were superficial they could have been treated by freezing and/or skin cancer cream, thereby not cutting them out, charging more, and being left with a terrible scar. Would not recommend."
"Very poor experience here. The skin check felt very rushed and I was not warned of the out of pocket cost prior to the appointment. I needed my files transferred to another clinic and it was nearly impossible. I called about 5 times over 2 weeks (during business hours) and no one ever answered the phone, returned my voicemails, or emails. Not the worst clinic but I would not recommend it."
