"I can, with my hand on my heart, say that this is the best medical practice I have encountered. My whole family is looked after by this clinic. Dr Anna and Dr John have been the most efficient, professional and empathetic. The front desk staff (Shona, Mercedes, Jenny and others), even on the busiest of days, have been the most respectful and attentive to my calls and requests. I hope and pray that they will never compromise their quality of service. Thank you heaps RMMC!"

"Drs at this facility are extremely thorough, helpful and hold genuine concern for their patients. They also have pathology in house so blood tests can be done directly after the appointment (depending on whether fasting is required). I saw Dr. Janice and she was extremely patient, kind and considerate of any concerns I had. There are only two downsides, wait times may be a bit longer (however considering how thorough and kind drs are that’s reasonable in my eyes) The other down side is the receptionist can be quite rude to some individuals who come in. Thankfully I didn’t personally experience this however I witnessed it. If you have a medical condition that doesn’t allow you to wear a mask, maybe reconsider attending this facility as you will experience discrimination and either be forced yo wear one in order to be seen, or be told you cannot be provided with their medical services. Legally within Victoria excluding someone due to a legitimate legal reason - including physical or mental health conditions - for not wearing a mask is illegal. It is discriminatory. So if you have a mask exemption please consider how this may impact you. As it is very easily heard by others attending the facility. The receptionist also is heard making exasperations following those interactions such as exaggerated sighs and mutters such as “oh my god”. Quite unprofessional and makes it a bit uncomfortable while sitting and waiting. Aside from the reception staff the facility is very welcoming and feels very homey."

"The doctors are great But the reception ladies are very nasty they don't like children and definitely don't like kids with autism or any type of disability, they purposely stuff me up any chance they can like booking my 12 year old son for AZ vaccine instead of phiza and also I've booked appointments over the phone then wen I get there they say sorry there is no appointments been book for your kids and also wen I've had pathology tests done for the kids they withhold the results from me telling me that the pathology hasn't sent them yet So I ring Melbourne pathology and they say it was sent a week ago so if you want good service and keep your kids safe and healthy it's best not to rely on this clinic Too bad for the Doctor they are so nice and good just the other staff stuff if up for them ."

"The doctor I see here, is top notch. However I believe that they need to rectify their appointment system. Generally, if I simply walk in to any Clinic (without an appointment)...I would expect to wait anywhere between 30mins to 1.5hours to see a doctor. However, here at this clinic, you can expect to wait 1.5 - 2 hours even when you DO have an appointment. It makes things very hard when trying to see a doc on your lunch break or have other things to do that day. Of course appointments will always vary by 10 - 15 mins... but this seems to be extremely long to wait past your booked appointment time."
