"Never pay in advance for this store when they have deals going on.. you will struggle making an appointment first and if you are successful then also you will get to deal with the rudest staff members. When we wait for 15 mins to make an appointment at their store that’s fine but if we are late 10 mins for the appointment they are very busy as if we are free here and only have time to stand in queue for their services. For the pre paid appointments they are busy so much that they won’t have any 10 mins slots on weekdays. Managers are not available to answer customer query in weekdays working hours so now I am waiting for my refund request whenever the manager becomes available. Hopefully I get refund and don’t need to deal with them again."
