We understand that in these uncertain times, remote consultations are highly beneficial. Therefore, we offer phone and telehealth (video) consultations to cater to your needs. However, please note that Medicare only provides rebates for telehealth consultations if you have had a face-to-face appointment at our surgery within the past 12 months. An exemption to this rule applies to individuals who have tested positive for COVID.

Upon entering our premises, it is mandatory to wear a face mask. This precautionary measure is in place to safeguard the well-being of our vulnerable patients, particularly those undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or with weakened immune systems. We kindly request that you maintain a safe distance from our staff and other patients while inside the surgery.

Please be aware that our tenant GPs have resumed mixed billing, as the government COVID incentives have ceased. If you hold a government concession card, you will be asked to pay a concession fee, with an approximate out-of-pocket expense of $12.
