"Totally useless. Unable to acess heath care, rudely told sorry won't help on phone. Was at the point of tears attempting too try and get any appointment. At a total loss as need basic specialist help with ongoing need for a simple script appointment. Was told "community practice" & "help pensioners", but no. None of the above!!! So back out in the cold being untreated by a practice that apparently prides its self on helping the disadvantaged, Garbage!!! Don't bother with them. All talk no action."
"Genuinely the worst GP experience I've had. Without going into in depth detail, the GP Ling Zheng told me 'if you overdose it is your own fault', to say this to someone regardless of their state of mental health is beyond reprehensible in whatever situation. I warn anyone considering to book with this woman, THE WORST experience I have ever had with a GP, if 0 stars was an option I would be giving that."
"This so-called health clinic deserves zero stars. For starters, let’s talk about a MAJOR violation of privacy—I had been emailing back-and-forth with the clinic reception, and after I sent them my new patient paperwork, they tried calling me to schedule an appointment. For whatever reason, they couldn’t reach my at my phone number, so rather than simply just responding to my email saying “please call us to schedule,” they decided to call my emergency contact and leave a detailed voice message instructing them to let me know I needed to call to schedule an appointment. Not only was this unnecessary (they could have just emailed me back) and a massive violation of privacy, it was also highly embarrassing for me to have had my poor flatmate, whom I hadn’t know for very long and had assumed would only be contacted in the event of an emergency, be delivering messages to me about my private health care. I should have never trusted them after that, but I was new to the area and didn’t know of any other clinics nearby. So I continued with the appointment, and not only was the doctor more than an hour late for the appointment, she was also a complete idiot. I never should have trusted her with my health care, I don’t know if she’s forgetful or just doesn’t care about her job or what, but it was a disastrous interaction culminating in me not being able to get the prescriptions I needed because they refused to send them electronically to the pharmacy and I was unable to pick them up in person (cause, ya know, pandemic?). Save yourself time, money, and stress and go to another clinic that actually cares about your health, values your privacy, and is smart enough to adapt to public health and safety measures in the middle of a pandemic."
"I have been going here for many years, the majority of the doctors are thorough, ask the right questions and genuinely show care that they want to help. I only left 4 stars due to the clinic recently changing to charge customers who are not on government benefits. I personally don't see how it is fair, that those of us whom work and pay taxes now have to pay, but those on government benefits, paid for by our taxes do not. Due to the recent change of billing I will be considering other services."
"The only redeeming factor of my experiences with iehealth is that they were free due to bulk billing. I saw two different female doctors and both lacked appropriate bedside manner. They spoke as if they were reading from a script with no real indication that they processed any of the information I gave them or took any of my medical history into account when discussing my issues. Don't expect any compassion or understanding if you see these doctors. Very disappointing and will have to find a new GP clinic."
