"Doctor Kosala... Amazing and very good to find the issue and treat it accurately. Happened to do blood test for my young (7yrs) kid. Stuti from pathology did it absolutely adorable way. Blood test done many places including hospitals and everywhere poke him many times. But Stuti is such an amazing and I said I want to give her 5 * but my kid while typing this told me to give her Infinite *. She is very Competent, reliable, caring & compassionate. Highly recommended. Also the Clinic Manager is always approchable and good."

"If i could give this clinic a zero star, I would! First and last visit here! Worst experience ever with management and customer service! Booked an appointment for 2:15pm. Got there at exactly that time only to find out 30 mins later that the doctor I booked for was still not there and no courtesy call before that or whatsoever to inform me that theyre running behind. I asked to see the next doctor available but instead they put me in a waiting list where I saw a doctor after they saw like 4-5 patients who came after me. Manager told me to go away and to go to my regular doctor instead which I wouldve done anyway if they had available slots. Waited for an hour and after coming in the doctor’s room, my daughter overheard them at the reception saying never to book me in again! Horrible customer service! Do not recommend this clinic at all!"
"The lady did my blood test and didn't explain anything before doing it. I don't know why they are sitting in that office and with what degree? After she did the blood, she was playing on her phone. With no word out of her mouth whatsoever I rather sked her if she doesn't need anything else. She is like na. Please respect the degree you got! At least think what you are getting paid for. Don't just pass the test and sit behind the desk. I don't know if their boss even check on them or what????"
"I will never go anywhere else for pathology/blood tests. The last few times I have had Stuti (sorry if I got the spelling wrong!) take my blood and she is so caring and gentle. Highly recommend her!"
