"I was seeing Dr Hanner (now retired) for around 18 months and found him to be very thorough and almost always on time with appointments. I think the longest I ever had to wait was 10 minutes, which is a rare occurrence when seeing most GPs. I found the staff helpful, although sometimes the phone manner can be a little curt at times, but to be honest, I have worked very busy receptions and I feel their pain and frustration, doing the work they do. Overall I would recommend this clinic to anyone but obviously, Dr Hanner is no longer consulting. When sent a text message advising of his immediate retirement, I was honestly shocked. I think an email with a little more explanation or recommendations would have been more suitable in the circumstances, but I don't begrudge them."
"Most unhelpful person picked up my call KAREN Incredibly rude after a basic question was asked. Abrupt & couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. Raising your voice when you don’t know the answer KAREN is not acceptable. A very very overpriced clinic others near just as good and much nicer, the over priced is not my complaint. Irritable phone staff are!"

If he doesn't know the answer he will always endeavour to find out, he's invested in you as a patient and spends the time with you. I cannot recommend Dr Rabinov highly enough as he is one of the best integrative doctors you will find in Melbourne, he really does care."
