"Very very rude receptionist. Called to try and get into see a doctor and was treated like a criminal because I had never attended the clinic before. The tone of the lady I spoke to as soon as she was aware I would be a NEW patient changed and she was very rude. Was told because I was a NEW patient I would have to wait until the next day to see the one and only doctor taking on NEW patients even though looking online there were several slots free the same day in the afternoon. TERRIBLE - way to be treated. I would never use this clinic ever!"
"Had a very unpleasant experience, when I rang up to enquire about an appointment the receptionist was very rude when I enquired if they had any masks. When I presented to the clinic I saw a bmw illegally parked in a disabled parking spot out the back. I then walked in to reception to see none of the staff members behind the counter were either not wearing a mask or incorrectly wearing one. The dr was on time thou was very abrupt with me and rushed me. I WILL not be coming back to the clinic EVER again"

"Tried to book an appointment for my 7yo daughter, 35 appointments available and refused to see her because we weren't an existing patient and saving them for existing patients, Said it was common practice and I should ring up her usual doctor and yell at them....35 available appointments!!"
"BEWARE !!! First time I had a problem was when I was bashed in cairns with a broken nose and bulging hematoma .I wanted to make a report and he refused said I could have fall on a door nob I then asked if I can get a referral to have my nose fixed which he replied no there is no such referral and there was nothing he could do . I then found out yes you can have it fixed and the quicker the better so I wasted time having to do my own research which in the end would need surgery to fix and could have been avoided if a referral was given . Second I have chronic back problems and asked for a health care plan he refused said it wasn't chronic with out examination . I said a doctor near my last address was willing to help at which he replied go and see him then . Train from seaford to northcote in my current condition and Corona virus My pain is intense and will have to pay out my pocket being current situation money is very short hence wasting my time hoping for a care plan. Smug face, rich and little care for patients.. need I say more ."
