"What a horrific experience I have had with create health. Firstly, I had my initial consultation ($260) to be rushed out the door within 15 minutes. I paid on the day and was then sent an invoice about 3 months later saying I owe them $260. Apparently they undercharged me on the day which is not an issue as I understand mistakes happen. What is not okay is ignoring all communication attempts I have made to rectify the issue. I sent a total of 6 emails and had to call twice to try and get this rectified. I had one initial email response saying they would get their accounts team to follow this up but this never occurred. It's been 6-7 months after my initial appointment and I'm still having to constantly follow up to have this rectified. What a completely draining experience. It shouldn't be this difficult and disappointing to receive medical care."

"I went to see Dr Mei Cheah from Create Health. Overall the service is Ok - very quick and straightforward. However the communication is inconsistent. Prior to my treatment day, no one from Dr Cheah's team informed me that she is away and another Dr. will replace her to complete the treatment. I arrived on time and found out the changes myself from the Fertility Center and called Create Health to confirm the changes just 10 minutes before my treatment started. Please note I met Dr Cheah and her team in person just two days ago before my treatment so they should have opportunity to inform me anything. I understand replacement, delays and reschedule of appointments may happen due to emergency or delivery. However it is unprofessional and careless not to notify your patients at all. I was lucky because the replacement doctor was friendly and IUI is not that complicated even it was my first time. But I cannot imagine if this happens to someone who will have delivery or ivf on the day. In fact, no patients would like this happen no matter their operation is small or big. The manager from the clinic followed up quickly and apologized. But I feel it is fair to share my experiences with those who are considering their clinics. Hopefully the team's communication or procedure will be improved in the future. Good luck to you all!"
