However, in order to ensure the sustainability of our clinic, we will need to increase the gap fee, effective from the 7th of November 2022.

Your safety is our top priority, especially during these challenging times. If you experience any COVID-like symptoms when booking an appointment, please inform our reception team. Symptoms include fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, and loss or changes in the sense of smell or taste. To maintain a safe environment for everyone, individuals with COVID-like symptoms will be asked to either stay at home or wait in their vehicles for a phone consultation with our doctors. Once the doctor has conducted a phone consultation and deemed it appropriate and safe, the patient may then come in for a face-to-face appointment.

For the convenience of our patients, we also offer 4Cyte Pathology services on Mondays to Saturdays during the mornings. This ensures easy access to diagnostic testing and prompt results.
