"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this medical clinic. Not only did they fail to provide me with the urgently needed DM medical report for a police matter during my first visit, but their subsequent actions were even more appalling. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they showed no concern for the urgency of the situation. Instead, they attempted to charge me fees for a service they didn't even deliver. The practice manager's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Their lack of empathy and dismissive attitude towards my predicament was deeply distressing. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for patients' needs in a medical setting. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the clinic and its commitment to patient care. I’ve had to resort to health ombudsman as they simply dismissed my matter. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by the practice manager is indicative of the overall quality of service you can expect. It's essential to prioritise clinics that uphold ethical standards, treat patients with respect, and fulfill their responsibilities without attempting to profit from their failures. This is purely a feedback and review about the clinic and the management of the clinic and has nothing to do with the doctors."

Have heard that phenomenal reports of all GPs at Clinic, and while I have my own regular who consistently goes above and beyond his duty of care for his patients, I have also seen other practitioners as the clinic and have been treated with the same manner and clear communication. Could not recommend this practice more as has assisted me time and time again across various avenues of health concerns, queries or checks"
