"Pathology Staff is extremely unfriendly. Myself (age 70) and my wife (age 65) went to clinic at 11:50 AM today. Took the token. Waited until 12:40. Then went inside and to see if anything is wrong. The pathology staff said she is on lunch. I explained it is a hot day( 33 degree), we have to walk back about 2 kms because I am not allowed to drive and we were waiting for last 50 mins. I know she has seen any one after we arrived. It is simply pathetic to treat old couple like this. I am a cancer patient and I am getting Chemo therapy and it was very to understand a treatment like this in a pathology lab ."
"Had my blood test done on Monday morning. The Pathology staff was unfriendly, a bit rude, and infection control a bit slack. The room was cold, around 13 degrees, and I was asked to remove all my top clothes for a ECG tesr without any cover on top of me. I asked why the room is so cold, and she replied "I don't need the heating ". I believe the room temperature should be right for patients & staff. Not just staff. I also noticed she wearing a pair of gloves to pick up outside waiting patients' specimens, then continued wearing the same pair of gloves to collect blood samples on my husband. There was no cleaning hands or table between patients. I believe the infection control should be better in this pathology room."
