Please note that due to the increased demand for our services, our doctors are currently unable to take on new patients. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Effective from the 1st of July 2023, there will be an increase in our doctors' fees. We kindly request you to refer to our Fees page for detailed information regarding the new fee structure. We understand that this change may impact some of our patients, and we appreciate your understanding and support during this transition.
In light of the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, your doctor is taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of the community. We have implemented necessary measures and modified our operations to minimize the risk of transmission. Your doctor may be operating differently than usual, but rest assured that we are committed to providing you with the same level of care and attention.
At Diamond Valley Clinic, we support a wide range of comprehensive medical care services. Our convenient location at 126 Main Hurstbridge Road (corner of Phipps Crescent) in Diamond Creek ensures easy access for our patients. Our clinic hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 12pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
In the event of a medical emergency, the closest public emergency departments are located at the Austin and Northern Hospitals. "Totally Unethical Last week my doctor charged me a full fee for a consultation where I was told nothing from my test results. She literally used the words, ‘I don’t know.’ What you may not know, is they do also conduct phone consults here, in which they bulk bill and do not charge a gap. Instead of calling to tell me to say they could not help, or know how to treat me further, like they had done previously, they proceeded with the appointment. Afterwards I challenged the Clinic on the charges and I was told by both the Practice Manager and the doctor, we will have to ‘agree to disagree’ and that it is all about ‘perception’ of value. At the end of the day, this clinic forgets that they are a service provider. I pay a premium where applicable for extra care and expertise over a bulk billing practice, and yet the ‘perception’ they left me with, is they don’t care about their patients time or circumstance. They are there to get people in the door and charge those gaps. Also I was told the call for discussing my charge disputes will be bulk billed to the government. Thanks tax payers."

"Amazing service by everyone I met at this clinic - especially Dr John Mackay. I attended in a lot of pain with a suspected broken arm... the care and prompt attention I received from John, Deb and Simone was incredible. And John picked the exact type of fracture and the likely treatment involved long before an xray was taken... he knows his stuff! I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you for the care and giggles... and the green stick!!!"
