"Never thought I would leave LCA Brighton a bad review as Barnu has always been hospitable. However, what had happened to me just now is just horribly unpleasant and unprofessional. I came in on 9:15am for my 4th laser treatment, everything was normal until the staff started the process. I didn’t even realise there was no blowing air given like usual, until I felt extreme pain in my treatment area. I screamed out but the staff didn’t even intend to stop at the first time, she only adjusted the level and continued the laser without blowing air. Undoubtedly there was another following hurt at my underarm, I asked her to stop and asked her why it’s so hurtful and no cooling air, she then explained that the air machine is out of work today. Excuse me???Why no one has notified me anything if there’s a technical problem? The staff was trying to be calm but what she had done was just walking out the room after apologising a little bit without feeling sorry, didn’t give me any cooling gel or ask me if I was ok, all she said is they will ask Barnu if they could try to find me another time to come in….. Such a ridiculous Saturday morning to waste my time risking my skin health at an undertrained and behindhand place….."
