"Reception staff are friendly. doctors are good, but it’s not right to keep people waiting in a small waiting room and No masks for over 1 hour and sometimes more than 2 hours. Every time we go. In fact I rang 15 min before and was told to come in. After 1.15 min I had enough. Just not right dr Strangio, every time. 20 people waiting more than an every time."

"The worst reception service ever not very good communications with patients. Each time you have to wait for a doctor minimum 30 minutes to a few hours, they over book patients. The one star is for the receptionist, not the quality of service you get from the doctors."

"Terrible reception service. I waited 2 hours and was so close to walking out thinking they'd decided to ignore me when my doctor suddenly called me in. If they had just said to me upon arriving, "we're running really behind and you'll be waiting a while," I could have said, "no problem, I'll just reschedule, it'll lighten the workload and then I won't have to be late for where I need to be afterwards." I don't mind that they're busy and run late, but can they at least be honest about it?"

"Went in as a new patient and I can say I won’t be a returning one.I Made an appointment for 3, was there well in advance to ensure I was on time, informed reception of my arrival and filled in the required paperwork in a timely manner ( was done before 3 ) and placed it on the desk infront of the two receptionists, I got no acknowledgement at all but didn’t say anything as I had witnessed them not being treated too kindly by two previous patients and didn’t want to make their lives any harder however After waiting 2 hours and realising people that came in after me had been let in before me I confronted one of them nicely stating the amount of time I had been waiting and asked when I’d be seen, she told me she didn’t know and asked for the paper work which was still on the desk in front of them two hours later which neither of them put through hence meaning I was never put in the line to be seen because the paperwork wasn’t processed. Can say it was the highlight of my day waiting two hours listening to reception staff talk badly about patients in Italian and in turn getting a 5 min appointment whilst not getting any of my concerns taken seriously. If I could give no stars I would."

"I tried contacting the clinic regarding having been a previous patient there and to my surprise the service and attitude of reception staff had not changed in the slightest! On any given day, you are expected to wait over an hour to see a Doctor and get rude responses when politely asking how long the wait time is. There are much more reliable not to mention professional medical clinics in the area which is why I no longer attend this one! I would not recommend this clinic!"
