"The receptionists are AWFUL! Management really needs to address their nasty and passive aggressive receptionists. They make the whole environment really uncomfortable and hostile. I have always been polite and respectful towards the reception staff and they have spoken to me in awful, passive aggressive ways and speak down to you. It's 100% not okay to treat people like this. I've had two instances in particular where mistakes where made from the practice and I've been patient in notifying them of the situation and they have spoken to me in disgraceful ways. PVH used to be great but I will never step foot in here again."

"Zainab and Aidan have been great at helping me recover from an old ankle injury. I had initially been worried that the whole recovery process was going to be a hard one, but they've broken everything down in such simple goals that I didn't even realise how far I had come in just 4 weeks. Would definitely recommend the podiatrist and exercise physiologist here. Also special shout out to Zainab for being super accommodating for when I totally forgot to show up to an appointment, she was kind enough to reschedule me in for the same day"

"Presented late afternoon without an appointment with an elderly friend who was unwell. Reception staff were amazing. They immediately accommodated her and arranged doctors to see her Special thanks to Emma and Dr Lewis for their exceptional care. Really nice to see staff who really care for their patients"

"My first and only experience wasn't great. I came was for pathology. I didn't see the ticketing system near the entrance.... and asked receptionist for assistance. The communication seemed condescending and unwelcoming. The Dorevitch nurse was lovely. I'm unsure of any doctors or other services however the front desk team didn't make me feel welcome. I wouldn't come back again. I'll keep going to my usual clinic that may not be walking distance yet alwayd feel so welcome by the lovely team. Another suggestion possibly review the "you must wear masks" signs. Patients are wearing them and team members weren't."

"I will not recommend Doctor Molla at all. Go to a better specialist if you want a real professional to look after you. I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with this GP clinic. The doctors and staff demonstrated a lack of responsibility, especially concerning the timely delivery of referral letters to labs. The failure to send these crucial documents on time caused significant inconvenience, as it prevented me from being able to claim expenses from Medicare. Despite my repeated efforts to rectify the situation, I had to call the clinic several times. This experience was frustrating and left me questioning the efficiency and professionalism of this private clinic. While I understand that errors can occur in any medical establishment, the level of negligence displayed in this instance was unacceptable and disappointing. I strongly feel that improvements need to be made in terms of communication and administrative accuracy to avoid causing future distress to patients."
