"Don’t like being critical of primary health workers who generally do their very best to assist us all with our health needs, but this is without question the worst practise I have attended and has the worst doctors ever. Uncaring, running one hour late and will not do a phone consultation until you’ve paid your consult fee. The entire experience we had was beyond horrible, from reception to closing front door on our way out some 70 minutes after our allotted time, the entire experience leaves you feeling violated and treated like a sub class human. Clearly must be new owners as they have immediately stopped bulk billing which could have an effect on so many. Deplorable and shameful."
"Absolutely horrible doctor… Dr.murtaza Prescribed me antibiotics and basically sent me on my way. No examination no questions about symptoms no care or compassion. Listened to me said okay and gave me a script.. now I’m lying in a hospital bed with ACUTE bacterial prostatitis because this doctor did not do his job correctly. The doctors at this hospital where absolutely shocked that he did not do an examination on me whatsoever. Just pathetic.. I feel sorry for the very kind receptions that have to deal with horrible humans like himself."
"I agree with all other reviews. All doctors know how to do is sting you for 'five-minute medicine.' Didn't even address what I went there for. For those considering going there, there's a reason there are bad reviews. It can't be all coincidence. Shame on Nexus Primary Health for making a patients experience hard that lodged a complaint. Are you about improvement or not? As a form of civic duty to the locals in Wallan there is something known as the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (which registers all health practitioners and deals with complaints). If you have a serious health complaint about a doctor or other health practitioner you can report it there. Maybe that would encourage some of these health practitioners to improve."
"Karen the horrible “woman” who works upstairs is an absolute JOKE of a human being, she was INCREDIBLY rude to my mum and myself. Herself and “doctor” JayDeep refused to give me a referral for a back scan PURELY because he advised I get blood test as I’ve had severe pain over the last 4 days. Do NOT SEE DOCTOR JAYDEEP. On not one but two occasions I have had to wait 45 minutes to see him, my appointment was at 10am, seen him 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment. I was late to work on both days and had to take BOTH days off so now I’ve lost $250 in my pay next week thanks to this disgrace of a gp. Please anyone who reads this go to another gp, do not give these people your money!!"
"I agree with so many others that this clinic has declined in service. There new system of billing is confusing to staff and patients. My doctor forget one of my scripts so while my husband was in he reminded her. "Oh no this is your appt time I will book a Tele Health for later that day" to then be told I would be charged for the Tele Health call. I do not mind paying for a service when you get SERVICE, I really think Medicare should look into there billing process and review or audit them."
