We are thrilled to welcome back Dr. Michael Willis to our South Kingsville clinic on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023. Additionally, Dr. Dervila Holmes will be returning to our Newport clinic on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023. Their expertise and dedication to patient care make them valuable additions to our team.
We are also delighted to announce the return of Dentist Jo-Anne Cherry, who specializes in pediatric dental care. If you are eligible for the Child Dental Benefit Scheme, you can utilize these funds for your child's dental needs.
Moreover, we are pleased to inform you that as of May 1st, 2023, we have reintroduced BULK BILLING for patients under the age of 16. This decision was made by our GPs who understand the financial pressures of healthcare and want to ensure that no child is disadvantaged due to these costs.
In light of the current flu season, we are happy to share that both our government-funded flu vaccines and private vaccines for 2023 have arrived. To facilitate the vaccination process, both our clinics will be running flu clinics. Please call our South Kingsville clinic at (03) 9391 6777 or our Newport clinic at (03) 9391 2222 to make an appointment. During these flu clinics, all consultations will be bulk billed, and private vaccines will be available for $20.00 each.
As a COVID safe practice, we prioritize the health and safety of our patients and staff. Although COVID restrictions have eased in Victoria, we kindly request that patients follow our safety protocols. Please do not enter the building if you have symptoms, have received a positive COVID test within the last 7 days, are required to isolate, are awaiting COVID test results, or are prohibited from entering according to government provisions.
Our staff is committed to conducting screening questions to ensure your safety before entering the clinic. We understand the challenges posed by the pandemic but do not tolerate aggressive behavior. We appreciate your understanding, patience, and cooperation in creating a safe environment for all.

"Been attending the clinic for 6 yrs. Always late but I've tolerated it. Today I informed that I'd be 3 mins late for an appt and they said fine. Waited in reception for 1.5hours, to be told everyone knows to call ahead. I've never been told. Was not apologetic and just didn't care. Not the first time either. It's worse when you're there with kids who get frustrated and have to wait close to an hour for an APPT that has been made well in advance. Previous receptionists were courteous. But the new ones haven't any concern or care for people. Pretty low given you pay a membership fee and also now a docs visit fee."
"When you pay for an annual membership you can forgive the lateness of appointments, the bad connection on telehealth calls and the wait lists for doctors, as it is such good value for money. Now they're charging for appointments as well as the membership, it should be a better service. My test results telehealth call with the doctor wasn't on time, was a broken conversation with a delay and took less than ten minutes, yet I was charged for a full consultation. Results to a test ordered by the doctor in a previous appointment should be an extension of that appointment. So, my word of advice is, don't ring with one medical issue, make sure you fill your 15 minutes!"
"Horrible! Ever since Dr Matthews (my Doctor) has left they have been immature, vindictive and absolutely impossible! Always shifting the blame and refusing to take any responsibility. They cancelled appointments and refused to assign me another doctor. They refused to help obtain my workcover certificate to maintain my income and they have still not forwarded on all mine and my daughters medical records to my new clinic over three weeks when requested through THEIR online request form! You guys are appalling! Withholding medical treatment/support and all my records!"
