In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are proud to announce that from 22nd March, Somerton Road Medical Centre will be a designated COVID-19 vaccine clinic. We have been allocated a set number of COVID-19 vaccines per week for Phase 1b. To check your eligibility, please visit the official government website. To book an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine, you can book online or call our Practice. Please note that proof of eligibility, including occupational requirements, will be required. If you are a new patient, please provide a health summary with details of your relevant medical conditions.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and if you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us well in advance. Additionally, if multiple family members need to see the doctor, we kindly ask that separate appointments are made for each individual.
Conveniently located at Shop 1/250 Somerton Rd, Roxburgh Park, VIC 3064, our operating hours are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open from Monday to Sunday, with extended hours on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On public holidays, we are open from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

"Super unprofessional and unhelpful. I called up yesterday and made a Telehealth appointment after waiting all day and not hearing from anyone, I called up again today and had an appointment for 1:20pm I waited an hour and called back to be notified that I’m 3rd in line and that the Dr has been busy. I waited again and tried calling back at 4pm even though it says they are open till 5pm and wasn’t able to get through to anyone. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I tried to be understanding and patient but this is beyond a joke and straight up disrespectful. I advise that this practice hires more competent reception staff and Dr’s who actually care for their patients well-being."

The clinic is always super busy and I can see people are impatient which is understandable given the low literacy, low education and sheer busyness in the area, but Dr Audish is empathetic, understanding and gives very useful and fair advice.
