To better serve our patients, our clinic operates on flexible hours throughout the week. We are open from 9AM to 7PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9AM to 2PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from 9AM to 3PM on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, ensuring that you have access to healthcare when you need it most.

Starting from 1st January 2023, Doreen Total Health Care Clinic will be introducing a mixed billing policy. While we have previously offered 100% bulk billing, the increasing operating costs have made it challenging for us to sustain this model without compromising the quality of care we provide. However, we assure you that the impact on our patients will be minimal as we have taken a conservative approach in preparing the fee structure.

We want to express our gratitude for your understanding and support during this transition. Patients under the age of 16 years, Pensioner card holders (who are 65 years of age or above), and DVA card holders will continue to be bulk billed, ensuring that their access to healthcare remains affordable.
