"Dr. Hans is easily the most educated and highly qualified G.P. that I have ever seen. He didn't get his GP status out of a "Cereal box" like almost all of the new G.P. these days. Dr. Hans did the requirements of a G.P before they changed the standards for becoming a G.P. Meaning that he did the Remote Emergency Department placement. In the middle of the outback for 12 months. Then, a local 12-month emergency medical department placement in the city. Dr Hans is a highly intelligent and highly qualified Doctor who treats you as an actual person. He has always looked out for what's best for my medical conditions. Rather than just going along with the "Science"! The clinic receptionists that people speak about in past reviews are true also. The receptionists have treated me with all the mask garbage also. Just get to know your constitutional Law a little bit if you can before heading into the clinic. I was also talked to rudely by the receptionists about not mask wearing, etc. I just sent them a little letter outlining that it's actually "illegal" to ask for my medical exemptions, etc. I am ex Royal Australian Navy, so I know a little bit about my constitutional law. Besides that absolute joke for a little while, it is an absolute great place to see my G.P."
"They don't even take people from Eden Park as new patients and waiting list has blown out to a month and receptionist looked like an Anglo-Saxon was very rude to me as well I'm on the Autism Spectrum Disorder I'm medically exempt from wearing a mask you should treat people in the local community with more respect"
"This medical clinic is a joke I called up in need of an urgent appointment and was told you can't make an appointment unless you are an existing patient. How are you supposed to become a patient if you can't make an appointment."
"The super short lady that works at the reception desk was so kind and understanding. I will definitely be coming back with the positive service she provided. Actually made me feel like a human instead of a number. I can’t quite remember her name, I think it might have been Harley? But very lovely."
"Receptionist at main phone and Officious Office Manager let this Clinic's reputation down badly. I've been going there for 17 years and will not be diagnosed by a non-medical trained Receptionist, who has been there since I first started attending, providing what she thinks is an adequate treatment for a patient's ailment, as I have heard her do on several occasions, and she is very rude face-to-face. The Office Manager is an Officious little big woman, who is in breach of the Health Department's rules, in relation to mask exemptions with official notification of same, by telling me and others, "no mask, no service" and, she is also very rude. I won't see one or two of the Doctors but the rest are good when you can get an appointment."
