"I wish my experience was better. I feel very anxious going to the dentist. I chose this clinic because my dentist is on maternity leave and this clinic had good reviews so I thought I will give it a try. On the day of my appointment, they were calling to move my appointment to an earlier time. I said i couldn't but they keep trying an earlier time. Dr Nhi wasn't friendly or gentle during my appointment. I felt more sore after my appointment. I find it very unprofessional to be lying on the dental chair while the dentist talked to her assistant in another dialect and laughing. Also, I felt embarrassed when she talked about what I need done at the reception where other people were waiting. Not happy about the service and I would not recommend nor come back."
"Came in last week to get my filling fixed. Was lucky enough to have been taken care of by Dr Peter Ho. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have looked after me that day. Had to book in another appointment to get my filling polished and the clinic made sure to make some time for me to seen by Peter today. Hands down to my new dentist, Peter whom I look forward to seeing again for my future check ups and dental appointments."
