"Very long wait even with appointment booked. When you ask the receptionist how long it might take after waiting over half an hour, she looks at you disgruntled and tells you "soon". The clinic does not care about patient service- they keep squeezing more and more walk-ins in, even when the tiny waiting room is so full that people have to line up against the hallway. This practise is only busy because they churn out scripts and medical certificates quickly."
"My family have been attending the clinic for over 30years and will continue to do so. You may need to wait a little longer to receive a caring and professional service. They take care in treating there patients and time spent doing so is more than worthwhile. We have nothing but respect and admiration for both Eva and Michael and staff. It is worth the wait."
"The very best for me and my wife over 30 years. You will get treated very well because these people love the patients. And they have wisdom for the patients. It's a busy practice and people come from all over the world, for cancer treatments and cosmetic, acupuncture and all the latest technologies and cutting edge treatment. If you have to wait a bit longer than planned that's because they really lovingly care about their patients one by one, always doing what's best for each individual-- not just pushing them through the system. Check them out, you will be glad you did. Many languages spoken besides English: Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Spanish, Vietnamese. Excellent long term staff! Personally, we highly recommend this practice and Dr Lee and Dr Wong as they have taken very good care of us all these years. 7 stars!"
