"I have been visiting this Medical Practice for a few years now. The doctors are wonderful and very helpful every time I visit. However, I did have to find another GP due to the receptionist Nouha's attitude and service every time I call to make an appointment or call for an enquiry. She is extremely rude, raises her voice and doesn't even give you the chance to finish off your enquiry and rushes to hang up the phone. With no doubt, every time I used to call the medical centre it was the exact same service received from her. She is representing the centre by responding to phone calls and unfortunately doesn't leave a good image for the centre and the doctors working there."
