"Parcel never arrived, have to chase it all up myself :-( They didn’t offer me any other option other than to wait for investigations and am sadly still out of pocket, my outfit for my very important celebration event this weekend was without components including for my make up look as well. "Really awesome store layout, and the staff were so lovely. I bought a necklace for a friend and was stoked to wrap it up and give it to them for their birthday. However when the time came, unfortunately the necklace had a faulty clasp which broke. I looked it up on how to fix it and discovered it was from aliexpress which explains the quality. I did fix it in the end but it soured the experience. I paid nearly $30 for the item."
