"Very upset & distressed after the "covid door man" told me to sit down. I missed my appointment because I didn't check in with reception....I was following instructions from this door person.(told to sit down) Rang to discuss my disappointment... put on hold....nothing, just nothing but distress. Have a nice day door man, karma will get you."
"Do not go there ! My son had an appointment . Paid private up front . Appointment was for 3 pm . I was told to come back at 530 pm . I did my son was still in a waiting room 2 and a half hours later . No communication with or myself . The place was locked at 5 pm , With a door bell to ring which I did and a recovery nurse told me that he was last on the list . And they would call me . How very unprofessional this place is . We paid near $400 for a Endescope , Was treated with no communication as to why they were behind and what the issue was . I only knew about it when I went to pick up my son and texted him I was there he told me he had not seen any one for 1 and a half hours . And was still waiting . I had to ring a bell as the clinic had shut and was told he was next on the list . LIFT YOUR GAME CLINIC ...... and retrain your staff !!!!!! It’s now 5.47 pm his appointment was at 3 pm , Doctors are driving out of car park ! Guess he is in recovery . DISGUSTED"
