About the Business
Welcome to Vineyard Medical Centre, a premier healthcare institution located in Sunbury, Sussex Court, Australia. As an establishment dedicated to providing exceptional health services, we stand out from the rest by prioritizing quality care and patient-centered approach.
Our team of dedicated doctors takes pride in spending ample time with each patient, actively listening to their needs and providing comprehensive assistance and advice. We understand the importance of building a strong doctor-patient relationship based on trust and open communication.
At Vineyard Medical Centre, walk-ins are welcome for conditions requiring same-day treatment. Please note that walk-ins are only seen prior to 5.00pm. We believe in ensuring convenience for our patients, which is why we have the friendly team from Pharmasave at our clinic. This allows you to conveniently pick up your prescriptions during your visit.
To enhance your experience with us, we now offer appointment reminders, health reminders, and health results via SMS with HotDoc. These reminders and results are securely sent to your phone, ensuring a quick and secure delivery of your health information. Simply click the link in the SMS, verify your identity, and book your appointment easily.
We are also excited to introduce BetterConsult, a smart pre-consultation questionnaire that helps you get the most out of your appointment. By answering the questions your doctor usually asks in advance, BetterConsult prepares a summary for your doctor. This allows your doctor to focus more on addressing your healthcare needs during your appointment. It also helps you think through what you would like to discuss with your doctor.
Please note that starting from July 1st, our GP and Physio consultation fees will be increasing. We kindly ask new patients to complete a patient registration form before their appointment. You can download the form below or scan the QR code for an electronic format.
At Vineyard Medical Centre, we understand the importance of preventive care. That's why we have a qualified and fully trained practice nurse who provides Cervical Screening to our patients, and we bulk bill for this service. Cervical screening saves lives, so book now to see Lauren.
For dental work or check-ups, please schedule an appointment by calling Vineyard Dental at 9740 2048. Please note that all dental inquiries should be directed to Vineyard Dental as they are not associated with Vineyard Medical Centre.

"Nurse Kerry is absolutely beautiful. So kind, friendly and amazing at her job. I highly recommend Kerry, she's the best nurse!"
"Practice Nurses are AMAZING!!! Super friendly and took the fear of injections away from my very stressed child. He doesn't mind going there for his shots anymore. So glad we came to this praxis. Although I wish it was easier to get an appointment on the same day-which seems impossible and if you are sick and need immediate care you need to go somewhere else. Lots of doctors come and go which makes it hard to build rapport."
"I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care that this clinic as developed about its community. It has become a clinic that is just interested in politics, hidden behind a rude manager. I phoned for a last minute appointment about my baby who the pharmacist stated the he needed to be seen by a gp within 24hours. I phoned the clinic which I had my first ever appointment when I was approximately 5 years old with a lovely dr Jim Lupton, he was my families doctor for 25 years. I followed them from oshannesy clinic to vineyard road medical clinic, I have brought my wife across to the clinic. And now in a time of need for my son I am told as he is a “new patient” due to our location they are unwillling to see him, I also don’t understand how a baby can have an established contact with a doctors clinic….I have heard stories and read reviews and complaints about the deteriation of this clinics reputation and how they are not a family centred clinic anymore, I struggled to believe this, but after speaking with the lady who answered the phone stating she was in management I 100% believe these reviews. Not only did she dismiss the fact that I am a current client of the clinic she became rude and escalated rejecting me the ability to make a verbal formal complaint and intimidating me to cease the phone call."
"This center had appointments available but refused to see our sick toddler because he was a new patient. There should always be exceptions for sick children. Update: clinic responded saying they are mostly booked out 4 weeks in advance yet, on they day, they had multiple appointments available. Their reasoning makes no sense, particularly when it comes to children."
"This has been our regular clinic for many years. We had to rush our 5 year old down as she had become quite unwell. She had a fever, was lethargic, had a sore ear, episodes of vomiting, loss of appetite. Being a previous cancer patient we needed to see a doctor. This was all explained on the phone to the triage nurse, (as was her negative RAT) as we were sitting in the car park. We were told, ‘sorry we don’t take walk-ins after 5:00pm’ (website says 5:30pm), ‘sorry but we’ve already had 10 walk-ins today’ and ‘we can’t see you because I’ve spoken to the doctor who has just seen his last patient and he said go to the ED.’ Comprehensive and quality medical care? I think not!"
