"Would highly recommend especially if you have very little knowledge of wine like myself. I have now tried and liked a few bottles recommend by the owner. He seems to be spot on every time! If you want to try something new but not sure what , this is definitely the place to go."
"The store manager was really friendly, and approachable; the only reason I didn't rate a 1, however this is not a burn review. I purchased this bottle thinking it was going to be delicious, I didn't realise at the time that there was mould on the label. The real sadness was when I opened the bottle I could smell it had turned, I'm fully aware & understanding of the time since 2019 when the bottle would have been acquired; but I believe the wine has been cooled & returned to room temperature many times, this is what would have spoiled it. Yes it is your business & losing money isn't what I want, but I also don't want to lose money, because it was unpalatable, not even good for cooking, it was bitter and tasted like bad vinegar maybe socks. I just would like you to take stock of your inventory, because all the wines you had in the fridge from that time would have turned, get rid of them, I should have chosen one off the shelf, it would probably have been fine. Anyway, I sincerely hope your business recovers, as it would be great to have a bottle shop right on my way home from work."

Weekly wine tastings and special event tastings are a fabulous idea and opportunity to try new products. 2021 - now stock a fabulous cheese selection so you can stock up on both wine and cheese.
