"I came into Warragul hospital twice with extreme lower abdomen pain. The first time they did a urine test gave me some endone and sent me home the second time I waited in the waiting room for 5 hours with my partner and then they sent me home without even seeing me or giving me any pain relief even though I went upto the desk multiple times complaining about my pain. I went into Casey one day later and was admitted because of a ruptured appendicitis that had been ruptured for about a week as there was a lot of poison that had built up inside and I was very sick. I could have lost my life because Warragul didn’t bother to check over me or even do a simple physical examination."
