"Customer service is worst! They asked me that I can’t use change room at 5:30pm, and the closing time of the store is 6:00pm not sure why they were so hurry to go home and loose customers. I wasted my time finding 5 shirts and 3 pants and when I went to change room they said I can’t use it as it’s only half an hour to close. Basically Tk max lost $280 worth of sales which I suppose to buy, just bcoz the staff want to go home earlier. Also this is not my only review, I will share this on social media too…. So others don’t shop at the shop where they don’t even have the store manager!"
