"Was looking at purchasing something slightly bulky, so chose to come to this store over the CBD one as parking is free here and I don't have to worry about racking up a parking bill whilst taking our time shopping with my toddler. Spacious and clean, managed to purchase what we came here for but stock was limited on quite a few items though. Check out was a bit confusing as it's not near the exit as you'd expect, and though there were many self checkout machines, there was still a long queue, but wait time wasn't too bad. More than one staff to assist. As it's part of a shopping centre, there's public toilets available, including a decent parents room."
"I HAVE CALLED THIS STORE OVER 20 TIMES IN A ROW AND I'VE ALWAYS TRIED TO SELECT DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS IN ORDER TO GET THROUGH AND NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST QUIET KMARTS I'VE BEEN TO IN THE NORTHERN SUBURBS AND YET THE STAFF IS STILL TOO LAZY TO PICK UP THE PHONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE WHEN IT COMES TO ANSWERING THE PHONE IS PUTRID WHICH TELLS ME THAT I NEED TO COME INTO THE STORE IN ORDER TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY FROM THIS STORE OR TO VERIFY IF THERE IS STOCK ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE UNLAZY WHY THEIR PHONE EVEN RINGS IS BEYOND THE ME"
"Nice store, neat and great selections. Here’s the turn off. l witnessed a person who clearly had stolen items and who then in his defensive refused to listen to staff who check dockets. Staff member said he often does it and gets away with it!? If so then surely employing a security guard or two would be wiser! The world is going insane by the minute"
