"On advice from my doctor and cardiologist I was told to attend emergency due to high blood pressure of 195/78. Nursing staff excellent but I waited from 6.40pm to 6.20am to be seen by a doctor who then informed me basically he could not assist unless I had an episode such as stroke. Unbelievable! Could have been told this much earlier without waiting for over 11 hours."
"Went here today after being referred by my GP. I got there at a quiet time, but was definitely a better experience than I've had at Frankston emergency. I was seen to straight away after presenting myself. The wait for tests and results was about 5 hours but the attention I received was very good. The staff were also very friendly and caring and could have a joke with them"
