"I contacted Edward Meller and spoke to a lovely lady called Silvia. I was after a pair of pair of shoes in a size 5. She checked if available and got back to me to tell me there was one pair left but it was in Brisbane. I agreed to have them shipped and she arranged it all. I received them the next day. Silvia was amazing and so helpful. I truly appreciate and commend her customer service skills."
"Best customer service I have received! Had ordered shoes which got lost during the shipping, edward meller called me and explained what was happening and kept providing me with updates! Was very apologetic, kind and extremely helpful!"

"I bought a lovely pair of boots from the David Jones Melbourne Edward Mellor concession 3 August 2019. They cost me $535.00, which I did not mind paying as my boots usually last 4-5 years, wearing 2-3 times a week to work, and cost per wear is appx $1.00. I have a high instep and a wide foot, which limits the boots that actually fit my foot and putting boots on is often difficult. I also have a problem with my thumb joints on both hands and find putting on boots difficult as I do not have the strength in thumb/forefinger to pull boots on with. The salesperson watched me pull the boots on by using the back tab however did not say anything. At the time of purchasing I explained that I had a high instep and finding boots to fit was a time consuming task. I was told how comfortable these boots were (which they are once on), how waterproof they were, they last forever and that customers come back regularly not because the boots had worn out but to refresh their look. At no time was it mentioned that the tab was decorative only. These boots have a firm yet stretchy ‘fabric’ top and a loop on the back, which I hooked my finger into and pulled them on with. The boots were exceptionally comfortable once I had them on. In my work I travel a lot, and there are days when I do an interstate day return trip. This requires me to pull my boots on and off at security each time I pass through this means that in one day I have pulled the boots on/off 3 times. The last time I wore these boots was mid September 2019, having spent the day walking from meeting to meeting in Sydney. At airport security late afternoon, I pulled the boots off and then in trying to get them back on at the end of a long day on my feet, the back loop broke off. It was only with the assistance of a kind person that I managed to get the boots back on. Once on, the boots were still comfortable. I was away a couple of weeks for work and returned the boots at my earliest opportunity to the Edward Moller concession in DJ Melbourne early October. I was told that the loop was decorative only, not to be used for pulling the boots on with. I asked why I was not told that when I used it to pull on the boots initially when trying them on prior to purchasing. I did not receive a response other than I could speak to the manager. 30 minutes later the manager arrived and also told me that I should have known that the loop was decorative only and was not meant to be used for pulling the boots on with. She could arrange for someone to stitch the loop back on but that was all. Whilst the offer was to repair the tab/loop on the back of the boots it will never look like it was originally as it will have a series of major rows of stitching on it and will also be shorter than the tab on the other boot. If I had been told at the commencement of the ‘purchasing experience’ of this shortcoming, then I would not have bought the boots. As it is I spent $535.00 and have worn them approximately 20 times (cost per wear is $25.00) pulled them on and off at least 50 times due to security at the airports, and it appears that I have wasted my money as I cannot put them on without using the pull tab. I request that my money be refunded as I am unable to wear these boots without pulling them on with the back tab. In the first instance I would not have bought these boots if I had been advised that the back tab was not for pulling the boots on with."
"Can it get any harder to buy shoes online. Received an loyalty code new customer that does not work! No integrity!"
