Indie College Frankston

Welcome to Indie College Frankston, a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located at 454 Nepean Highway in Frankston, Australia. We are dedicated to providing alternative, nationally accredited courses for young people and adults.

At Indie College, we understand the importance of core skills in language, literacy, and numeracy. Our courses are designed to support the development of these skills, as well as focus on building employability skills, confidence, goal setting, and technology proficiency.

We offer nationally accredited training programs that are tailored to suit individual learning needs. Our aim is to support young people and adults in re-engaging with education and training. We empower our learners to overcome personal barriers that may have led to their disengagement from education.

Indie College is not just limited to Frankston. We provide our alternative, accredited courses at various locations across Australia. Our learners come from diverse backgrounds, including those with additional learning needs, individuals at risk or who have disengaged from education, those impacted by mental health, and those requiring a flexible arrangement to complete their education. We are an inclusive organization and encourage enrolments from people with disabilities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and culturally and linguistically diverse individuals.

Our range of accredited, full-time courses are designed to meet individual learning needs. We provide training in reading, writing, numeracy, employability skills, and goal setting. Each learner is assigned a Coach, who is a qualified Trainer and Assessor. Training sessions are conducted either one-on-one or in small group settings.

One of the unique aspects of Indie College is that training can start at any time. You don't have to wait until the next term or semester to begin. We believe in providing flexible options for our learners to embark on their educational journey whenever they are ready.
