"A very enjoyable walk. Nothing to challenging for this 67 year old . Spectacular Grass Trees (Black Boys) the Lightwood camping ground was a great spot for a cuppa and lunch before the last leg to Boneo road."
"We thought that this was a glorious track. A nice combination of remanent bush, rural views, ocean, and coastal walking trails. The path was wide and well trodden. Our local friend said that this is one of the busiest walks in Victoria. Seating stops and camp areas along the way (toilet at Lightwood Creek Camping Ground), interesting bird/ animal/ plants. All up, would do it again."
"Lovely track. Can get muddy and slippery when wet or after rain. Lots of variation (hills, steps, flats, roots, soft dirt, sand etc...). I walked from the bushranger bay parking to Cape Schanck lighthouse. Took just over 3 hours at a slow/steady pace. You could run the track. Great track for almost all abilities and ages. Recommend not wearing thongs, wear proper shoes. There are no facilities at the bushranger Bay parking but there are toilets when you get to Cape Schanck end."
"About 2 years since we last walked the Two Bays track, or Bushranger Bay as we know it! Great walk at almost any time of the year. Very busy at this time, obviously! Highly recommended! But good idea to take a bottle of water each and wear runners rather than sandals or thongs."
