"One of the better rooftop bars in Sydney close to the CBD. Worth the short walk. Great atmosphere and cocktails. Nice views of the city. It gets busy in Summer but they can usually handle walk-ins during off-peak times for 2-3 ppl. If there are more of you it pays to call and reserve a table."

B.A.R. already has a cult following from the Filipino community in the Northern Beaches. You know a place is good when all the Filipino Titas/Aunties come here to eat and chat. ;) From crispy pata (crispy pork knuckle) to breakfast silog - pictured is the bansilog (milkfish silog) - to sinigang (tamarind soup) B.A.R. does it scrumptiously well. With a dedicated barista, baker and chef, it's the perfect stop for a coffee and siu pao (pork bun), sweet bun or a delicious lunch. Great coffee, welcoming service, reasonable prices, great quality, delicious flavours - B.A.R. is serving Filipino soul food for the whole community.
