"I had an ultrasound appointment in the Highett Lumus Imaging and I was treated politely and respectfully. My appointment was on time, Jude who performed the procedure was lovely and made me feel taken care of. She was professional and even though the procedure in the pelvis area can feel uncomfortable, she was careful and talked me all the way through. The ladies at the reception were very nice as well. Thank you."
"Had appointment for a scan and X-ray last week. I arrived early and was taken in for the scan on time. Receptionist and lady who did the scan were lovely. When scan was finished I was told that the X-ray man was not back from lunch yet but he should only be ten minutes. 40 minutes later still waiting. He eventually turned up with no apology or explanation. He even kept me waiting another 5 minutes or more once he got back from lunch. I was waiting in the change room which did not have proper seating and with my back problems it was a very uncomfortable wait. Not impressed."
