"Like so many earlier comments, I too was told that I couldn't order TWO Portuguese breast quarter chickens (for me and my Wife) but must take a Half-chicken (one breast and one leg). What I was sold was what can only be described as half of the most shriveled bantam chook you've ever seen in your life, accompanied by the stringiest and tasteless fries. If this outlet of Chargrill Charlie's in Queen Street, Woollahra, is a franchise, the parent company should take immediate action to ensure its franchisee stops damaging its reputation before it's too late. My family will not be returning."
"Just find out that, after 10 min wait I cannot order one quarter of Portuguese chicken, only half or whole. Was too hungry to argue but would like a reply from the owner, if possible. Just one employee pushes customers away, they should know better. If you don't sell it, take it off from the menu. Check the images"
