"I had a roast which shouldn't be hard to get right. The lamb was chewy and cheap, they hadn't even bothered to cut the potatoes up which tells you how lazy the chefs are. My partner had the chilli prawn fettuccini which was smashed with so much garlic you wouldn't know whether the prawns were fresh or not. All in all it was horrific. I'm sure none of this matters because I'm not slamming 50 dollar notes in a pokie downstairs."
"First time visitor to Souths. Very impressed. Had a great steak. Staff very friendly and helpful. When I was ordering my dinner, a member behind me gave the lady taking my order her member card to swipe so I could get a cheaper meal, which I really appreciated. Hope to get back there one day"
"Food was nice but arrived to the table cold. I had the roast Beef and roast vegetables with gravy. For dessert I had black forest cake and the portion size was pretty small for $7. I think the guy was new there so he didn't know the correct size to cut. But it was still nice."
"The food here is consistently good. Favourite is the shared beef kebab plate. Its not the cheapest club food but it is good value. I like their ordering system which automatically shows which table you are sitting at for service. Fully wheelchair accessible too. Only drawback are the horrible poker machines that fund everything."
