"I visited Lumus Imaging Aug 4, 2023 and met one of the professional person I have come across in my medical experiences. I think his name was Simon, very clear in his explanation on what was going to take place as I was having contrast with my MRI. I was a bit concerned as no one had told me this was going to be part of my MRI but after explaining to me how it works etc I felt quite confident and everything worked out the way Simon explained. He is very good at what he does, as most medical staff are, but very calm personality in turn making me feel calm and confident. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The I-MED imaging in the John Fawkner car park take note on how clients should be treated. Lumus Imaging Epping will be my go to from now on. Regards Gus"
"Very rude reception. There was a lady who couldn't speak English and instead of being compassionate they were just rudely yelling at her in English about how she needs and interpreter. Also when you get an ultrasound they don't even put a blanket on you when you pull down your pants it's so unprofessional."

(Poor receptionist skills, lack of greeting, no first name given, attitude problems = low courtesy) To the owner, you got A class imaging staff, why do you have poor reception staff; might as well open the calendar to public online so that they could book themselves; fair call?
