"After purchasing hush puppies all my life this experience changed my outlook. Very disappointing experience, I went in to return a pair of shoes purchased online that did not fit. Although Hush puppies accepts returns in store, I was told these shoes could not be processed as they were purchased on sale. The sales assistant seemed really eager to close up shop, rather than help. I was really disappointed at the whole experience. Working as a Retail Assistant for 8 years. I know how frustrating it can be when someone comes around closing, but you are expected to show professionalism. I will be following up directly with Brand Collective (parent company) of Hush Puppies. Edit: Brand Collective gave me a refund after sending the shoes back. Consequently, updated my rating. Still disappointing it was so involved."
"What a disappointing experience had at your Knox store this morning. I went to Myer to purchase the Danae size 5, which they didn’t have in my size.Then I went to your HP store at Knox who did have my size but refused to price match, given it’s the same shoe and Myer was actually representing your brand. I have sent a complaint in to head office let’s see how they respond! Rowan was the sales person who represented your organisation this morning, and was less than helpful!!!"
"they send me this, one was orange and other was red. after returning they didn't give full refund. gave me $10 less and after emailing customer center reply with different different excuses. not only customer service, i think whole hush puppies are unprofessional. such a shame. will avoid and so does other. I wish there is a option for zero star."
"They are my favourite business shoes, extremely comfortable for a premium price, it is worth the bargain once they go on sales! It will take a few days to break into them, but your feet deserves a lifetime of style and comfort! They are also so easy to clean too!"
