"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had purchased sandals for approximately $130 dollars a week ago. I wore the shoes to work for exactly 3 hours and saw that the leather cover at the front of the shoe was coming off. I was extremely upset and I do not believe that shoes for that price should come undone like that. I took the shoes back to the store expecting to be able to exchange the shoes for the same pair as I thoroughly explained that the shoes were worn for exactly 3 hours. The store assistant reassured me that I would be able to exchange them for another pair after taking photos of the shoes to show higher ups to prepare my exchange. I went back to the store 40 minutes later and was told that nothing could be done about my shoes due to WEAR AND TEAR. I was completely shocked.. wear and tear? I wore them for 3 hours. I didn't bump into anything, knock anything.. I was completely attentive to my shoes as they were new? I asked to speak with the area manager and my number was passed on. My mother also spoke with the head office and asked for the area manger to be aware of the situation and to return the phone call. I have not heard back from Windsor Smith and will definitely be taking this further. The area manager said to my mother that nothing could be done on the day that she called and still nothing has been done almost a week later? I will not be buying shoes from Windsor Smith again. Such terrible customer service."

"The Doncaster Westfield shop is really understaffed for a Saturday. Peak shopping time and everyone is waiting for assistance. Tried on the Mauve nude leath and there is colour inconsistency between all the sizes some are more nude while others are pink but it’s the same shoe. Tried on the 7.5, 8 and 8.5 all the sizes where really inconsistent total nightmare. I even had time to write this in the store while waiting."

"Absolutely shocking customer service, both girls were rude, grumpy and not interested in helping me whatsover, no acknowledgement or can I help you? I was the only person in the shop. Hire better staff who want to help their customers, it's not a huge store. I walked out, going elsewhere now to purchase at least 2 pairs of $250 + shoes."

"I went into the store today at 11am and was not greeted, was not asked if I needed any help and was downright not acknowledged. The customer service from the two girls working in the EMPTY store was woeful as they seem to be too occupied with sorting out their roster than attending to the one customer in the entire store. I felt like a burden asking for any help and did not even want to buy the shoes due to such a horrible experience."
