"Rude staff. I was browsing, while waiting for a phone call to return to Nunawading Toyota, to pick up my car which was being serviced. My phone was in my back pocket, on vibrate, not to ring. Volume on low. I answered it, and said 'hello' while walking towards the door. A staff member came running towards me, waving her arms in the air, ushering me outside, telling me to get out! There was one other person in the store. I had 2 items in my hand when the call came, which I placed on the area where they were displayed, whilst retrieving my phone from my back pocket. I picked up my car and drove to Ivanhoe Bed Bath N' Table, where I spent my money. They treat people with courtesy and respect."
