"Disappointing Service We purchased a pair of size 3 Purple Ugg Boots for our daughter who was 2 years old at the time. As fellow small business owners, we were happy to be supporting a small family business and a product hand made in Australia. There is a bit of history here with the name "UGG" and so it was important to us to buy from an Australian made supplier. Unfortunately with all hand made goods some times there are small tolerances. Upon receiving the boots our daughter tried them on but her foot would not go into the base of the left boot (she was 2 years old). Her heal was off to the side causing her to roll her ankle and as the heel was not on the sole of the shoe. Upon closer inspection we could see her heel was not 'slipping' into the base of the left boot. I am a very practical kind of guy and thought, they must be too big, she will grow into them next winter (we live in Qld). Well unfortunately she never did grow into them as the issue continued. This winter we tried lots of things to make the left foot sit correctly in the boot, but nothing worked. The right boot fits great. But she has two feet! We reached the conclusion that the seams were different between boots. We contacted the manufacturer who suggested we sent them back to Australian Ugg Boots. No fault was found with the left boot so unfortunately we were only offered a 20% discount, which only covers the cost of the postage to return the boots to the manufacturer. We completely understand its been 12 months, and maybe we should have just sent them back the day we received them. Hindsight! I was told on the phone the boots had 'significant wear and tear'. See images. You can see on the left boot is out of alignment where the sole and the rear vertical stitch is. Unfortunately for us the manufacturer cannot seem to see this misalignment which is causing the left boot to be unfit for purpose. i.e. THEY CANT BE WORN! Frustrating as the only thing we did wrong is think "she will grow into them". Unfortunately that common sense approach wasted $120. When you specifically target kids as a market perhaps you could be a bit more understanding."

"A1 quality I’ve purchased Uggs from these guys over the last few years for myself and family, mainly classics short boots. Every set of boot has been amazing quality with wide range of colours. There is no dye transfer and the sheepskin holds up to wear, keeping its shearling without rubbing off. My first pair lasted 5+ years after daily use in the colder months with the odd hand wash (in wool wash). Made in Australia out of Melbourne. Highly recommend"
