"Viet bistro is probably one of the best food stores in Westfields Liverpool serving Chinese Vietnamese cuisine. The menu offers pho beef noodles, vermicelli noodle bowls, Wonton noodle bowls, rice paper rolls and banh mi rolls (all priced reasonably). If you choose any of the categories above such as vermicelli noodle bowl, the base is always the same just a different meat topping. The portion is decent if you dine-in and slightly smaller for takeaway. I highly recommend the lemongrass grilled pork and crispy roasted pork vermicelli noodle are both good dishes. I would not recommend the ice coffee as it’s made using instant powder. If you want a proper Viet ice coffee, go to Cabramatta Viet bistro is also one of the many spin to win stores offering a generous $15 voucher to spend at their store."

I had the pleasure of trying their Special Beef Noodle, and while the portion of meat provided was commendable, it did lack the variety commonly found in traditional Vietnamese Beef Noodle dishes. The service, while promising, fell short of perfection. The staff's attentiveness was notable, but it would have been ideal if they had remembered to bring me the lemons I had requested. Despite this minor oversight, the overall experience remained pleasant. In conclusion, while not the most exceptional Pho I have encountered, this establishment provides a satisfactory option for those seeking a quick and flavorful meal. With some minor improvements in variety and attention to detail, it has the potential to offer an even more delightful dining experience."

"Wasn’t expecting much given its inside westfields food court but was pleasantly surprised. Ample serving size, decent amount of meat and only $14. Although not the best pho I’ve had, the broth was quite light in beef and depth of flavour which would cater towards the western palette, it delivers just enough flavour once all the condiments are added to do the job. I’ll come back to try the other items. Rating 3.5/5"

"This place is a little open top shop within Westfield's Liverpool opposite Coles. They sell a variety of Vietnamese cuisine, including pho. I purchased three rice paper rolls with chicken and salad for ten dollars. They were quite plump and tasted nice, particularly when dipped in the provided peanut sauce."

"Oh so glad Westfield has a resturant worth going to now !! The fresh Vermicelli Bowls we had were so fresh and tasty ,and the rise paper rolls were delicious and the dipping peanut sauce I wanted to eat a bowl of it !! Thank goodness a new shop the tired old Westfield at liverpool has made me come back .Well done Viet Bistro Deliscious !!"
