"I searched for a long time for a dance school that provided casual classes that were affordable. The Shake Lab is like dancing in your living room with friends. Meghan provided fun choreography that tailors to every level. It doesn't matter if you're just beginning, want to get out of the house for an hour or have been dancing for years. I find myself looking forward to class each week. With the option of casual classes, it allows you to miss some weeks and still be able to catch up. I highly recommend The Shake Lab if you're looking for exercise that is fun and allows you to feel comfortable."

I would say Ive probably got the least coordination and rhythm out of anyone I know but Megan and the girls are so welcoming and fun to be around all my worries left the second I walked into the first class!
