"I started at Pole and Aerial Divas Richmond at the start of the year and I’ve found that all of the instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and very patient! The teaching environment is very supportive, and there is absolutely no hostility or competition between students, or pressure to do moves that are unsafe or I feel unready for. Our apparatus and equipment is cleaned after every use which is excellent especially during these Covid times. Each class includes a small section for conditioning and strength training, and a dance to improve coordination which I love! I absolutely love going, it’s definitely the highlight of my week!"
